We are here to help you get the most out of your sheep.
We arrange off-site butchering that is safe, humane and ensuring the best quality.
Please note:
All dates and times are subject to change and official pick-up dates and times are at the subject of our transportation staff.
We work with you to determine what you are wanting for your sheep. We recommend a variety cut however you can select from out range of cuts below that may best suit your dinning needs.
We organize transportation of your sheep to the abattoir to processing. We place our own trackable ear tags in your sheep which allow us to keep an eye of your sheep progress through the abattoir.
We recommend allowing your sheep about a week to hang. This allows the meat to relax.
Once ready, your sheep is butchered to your requirements. At this stage, if anything become amiss, we will intervene and try to find the best outcome for you. During any butchering process, things can go wrong and we will strive to make sure you are happy with your meat.
The meat is ready for your freezer!
Upon returning your meat, we will inspect it with you to show you the quality of the meat you have. At this stage, you can pack your own meat ready for the freezer. We prefer you to pack your own meat because you can select your portion sizes based on your dinning needs.
E.g. 5 Cutlets per bag for a family of 5.
